RFP to Stabilize and Develop 1423 Boyle Street

1423 Boyle Street has been condemned for more than seven years. ACCA has worked to try to prevent the demolition of this interior rowhouse but we are almost out of time. Given the current condition of the property, and damages occurring to neighboring properties, the City is prepared to tear it down unless there is a credible plan for its immediate stabilization.

ACCA is in the process of acquiring the property through the City’s Property Reserve Program. However, the title is not clear yet. ACCA is now issuing a Request for Qualifications / Request for Proposals (RFQ / RFP) in an attempt to find a partner to save this building from demolition and address the issues that are causing damage to neighboring property owners. Interested parties must be willing to fund the immediate stabilization costs at their expense in exchange for an agreement to purchase the property from ACCA once the title is clear.

Please direct questions and proposals to development@accapgh.org.
