Join Siobhan Sickels – RYT 200 and Advanced Certified Buti Instructor – for yoga classes at Workingmen’s Beneficial Union (WBU), Pittsburgh’s newly renovated event space. Buti Yoga – a fusion of dance, deep abdominal toning, power yoga, and plyometrics – will take place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, and Vinyasa Flow– a synchronizing of breath and movement when flowing through yoga poses – will occur the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month.
