Cheese School is in Session at Casellula @ Alphabet City

Mozzarella Making Class

Fresh mozzarella is prized for its creamy texture and delicate flavor, and this class will teach you how to make it in your own kitchen! The class will be taught by Sophie Slesinger, one of Casellula’s fromagers and a nationally known cheese expert. Come for the mozzarella making and tasting, and take home some Caputo Brothers curd to make some more!
