Students in grades 3-5 can spend their Wednesday afternoons hanging out at the Mattress Factory! Participating students work directly with artists to explore themes such as collaboration, tolerance, and spatial experience, all within the context of contemporary art practice. SPRING SESSION: Extreme Drawing, with Teaching Artist Branden Koch
Wednesdays, March 4 through May 27 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm
Spend 12 weeks taking your preconceived notions of drawing to the max. Students will explore individualized and collaborative material-based drawing projects that push the envelope of what drawing can do, off of the wall and out into space!
