Do you want to increase your self-awareness and overall well-being while reducing anxiety and stress? If so, you are invited to attend a free Mindfulness & Stress Management Workshop. Mindfulness practice is a simple mental exercise that reduces stress while increasing calmness, well being, and focused attention. The sessions will be led by Dr. Richard King, founder of Mindful Pittsburgh.
The Mindfulness Workshops will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 pm on Tuesdays, January 7 to February 25 at the Unitarian House, located at 1110 Resaca Place behind Allegheny Unitarian Universalist Church. For more information, visit the Mindfulness & Stress Management Workshop event page. RSVPs are appreciated, but not required.
