Apply to the Spring Pittsburgh Civic Leadership Academy

The City of Pittsburgh Civic Leadership Academy (CLA) is a free, 11-week course that encourages a more informed, effective, and inspired community and civic leadership, by giving Pittsburgh residents an opportunity to learn about their local government.

The Civic Leadership Academy is open to anyone who lives in, or owns and operates a business, within the City of Pittsburgh limits. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. During the course, participants meet with over 15 departments, offices, bureaus, and authorities of Pittsburgh to learn about their operations, programs, and services.

The Civic Leadership Academy Spring 2018 sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 8:30 pm from March 28 to June 6, 2018.
