Roger Humphries and RH Factor Perform at Alphabet City

City of Asylum @ Alphabet City, located at 40 West North Avenue, is the permanent home for City of Asylum programming and the arts. It is a hub for Pittsburgh’s readers and writers, jazz and small-scale music and performance, and artistic experimentation. Enjoy an evening of free jazz with local legend Roger Humphries and his band, RH Factor, at Alphabet City! Humphries is rated by music critics as one of the most exciting percussionists in the business. With various groups, Roger Humphries has performed at Carnegie Music Hall, the Village Gate, and the Apollo Theatre in New York. He has also played at the Bohemian Caverns and Shelly Manne’s Manhole in Los Angeles, the Penthouse in Seattle, and many others.
