The popular 21+ Night: StormFest returns to Carnegie Science Center! Watch a pencil break a wooden board at tornado speeds and witness a one-million volt lightning strike from a giant tesla coil! Make rocks and weather maps, discover the effects of El Niño and updrafts, try your hand at raindrop experiments, and so much more! Hands-on activity stations will be available, designed and presented by students majoring in meteorology, geology, geographic information systems, mathematics, and education at California University of Pennsylvania and Ohio University.
