Learn About Gravity: From Newton to Einstein and Beyond

Visit the Allegheny Observatory on Friday, April 21 at 7:30 pm to hear the lecture, “Gravity: From Newton to Einstein and Beyond.” This lecture will be given by Danielle Leonard, from the Department of Physics at Carnegie Mellon University.

This event is part of the 2017 Public Lecture Series that is offered at the Allegheny Observatory every third Friday of the month. The night starts at 7:00 pm with light refreshments. The lecture begins at 7:30 pm and lasts approximately one hour. After the lecture, there will be a tour of the building. 

Allegheny Observatory is located in Riverview Park at 159 Riverview Avenue.
