Allegheny West presents A Tour & Tasting in Old Allegheny, a home and garden tour – with guided wine sampling! Guests will spend a summer weekend visiting some of the most lavishly landscaped and decorated spaces in the Allegheny West Historic District of Pittsburgh’s Northside.
The 2017 tour features wines from Spain and delectable tapas – all while guests celebrate summer in the sun. Each home or garden on the tour will provide a unique setting for guests to enjoy a wine and hors d’oeuvres course.
The guided tour starts at historic Holmes Hall and by the end of the tour, guests will have visited six additional homes, gardens or other historic structures, and enjoyed a delightful variety of wines and specialty foods chosen just for this event.
