ARTlab is a hands-on, drop-in, interactive activity designed for visitors of all ages. During ARTLab visitors are invited to explore, play and experiment with projects designed and inspired by current exhibitions, artists and ideas.
Inspired by John Peña’s installation Word Balloons, Mattress Factory presents ARTLab: What’s Your Secret?
What do you do when you don’t know how to be in the world? You write your response on an inflated balloon and let the world know your secret to living, and perhaps pick up some tips from your fellow museum visitors.
ARTLab is held on the first and third Saturday of the month at the Mattress Factory. ARTLab: What’s Your Secret? will be held on Saturday, April 18, from 1:00 until 4:00 pm. ARTLab is free with museum admission. All ages are welcome. For more information, email education@mattress.org.
