Build Your Strength with a Workout in the Park

Are you looking to build your strength and mobility? If so, you might want to stop by Troy Hill Citizens Park for a Workout in the Park, hosted by Chris Williams – a Marine Corps veteran and certified HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) instructor. The workout is a HIIT style workout  with some twists. The focus is to help build functional strength and mobility, as well as speed and agility.

The next fun, fast-paced Workout in the Park will be held on Saturday, July 29, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at Troy Hill Citizens Park. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
