City of Asylum Bookstore at Alphabet City has officially launched a new webpage for their City of Asylum Book Club. The theme of the book club is exploring new voices from around the world. The Book Club will meet monthly at City of Asylum Bookstore at Alphabet City. All meetings begin at 6:00 pm.
The August Book Club selection is In the Distance by Hernan Diaz, which was a finalist for this year’s Pulitzer Prize in fiction.
