Ludovia is an interdisciplinary fitness class that synthesizes dance, martial arts, theater, and parlor games to train physical, emotional, and social communication. It is rooted in City of Play‘s philosophy of Carnival, and serves as the fundamental training for everything that City of Play does. Public, donation-based classes are held on irregular Saturdays throughout the year.
The City of Play’s Ludovia class will be held on Saturday, July 14 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the Allegheny YMCA. No experience is required.
