De-Light the Night at Allegheny Observatory

Visit the Allegheny Observatory on Friday, February 20, at 7:30 pm, to hear the lecture. “De-Light the Night.” This lecture will be given by Diane Turnshek of the Department of Physics at Carnegie Mellon University.

This event is part of the 2015 Public Lecture Series that is offered at the Allegheny Observatory every third Friday of the month. The night starts at 7 pm with light refreshments. The lecture begins at 7:30 pm and lasts approximately one hour. After the lecture, there will be a tour of the building. Reservations are required for this event.
