Doors Open Pittsburgh Hosts Virtual Storytelling Event

Doors Open Pittsburgh (DOP) invites you to celebrate the area’s treasured architecture, collective heritage, and unique neighborhoods. Doors Open Pittsburgh presents weekly virtual storytelling experiences that celebrate Pittsburgh. 

The Doors Open Pittsburgh Stories are held on Monday evenings at 7:30 pm. Pre-registration is required to join the live stream. The cost of each event is Pay-What-You-Can, with a $5 minimum.

This story begins in 1896, on the day that an image first flickered on a screen in Downtown Pittsburgh, and then visits every Downtown theatre that ever played a movie. Hear fun history, trivia, and stories as you are ushered through an era that is long-gone, and stirs up some fond memories.
