You are invited to come to Carnegie Library – Allegheny to attend free hour-long workshops that will help you make smart financial decisions! The workshops that are scheduled:
- Basic Banking and Saving Thursday, March 24
- Credit and Home Buying Thursday, March 31
- Fraud Protection and Taxes Thursday, April 7
Sponsored by Councilwoman Darlene Harris, these workshops will include presenters from Citizens Bank, PNC Bank, Advantage Credit Counseling, PA Housing Finance Agency, Financial Crimes Task Force of SWPA, and the City of Pittsburgh Finance Department.
All of the Financial Education Seminars will start at 6:00 pm and will be held at Carnegie Library – Allegheny, located at 1230 Federal Street. Free pizza and light refreshments will be available.
