The National Aviary is hosting a special event weekend that is all about celebrating Grandparents and Grand Birds! Get to know the families of birds that call the National Aviary home, take some unique family photos, and learn about what the Aviary was like when your grandparents were kids. With plenty of inter-generational games, crafts and activities, this weekend is a perfect way to celebrate Grandparent’s Weekend!
Grandparents & Grand Birds will be held on Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at the National Aviary.
