‘Hear Me Out’ Dialogue Series: Is My Data Private?

You are invited to join Pennsylvanians across distance and difference for an informative and authentic dialogue about data privacy.

In this ‘Hear Me Out’ dialogue, the Free Library Division of Cultural and Civic Engagement, in partnership with Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, will offer an informative presentation on how companies and other organizations use your data, and steps you can take to protect your data.

Topics of discussion will include the ways that our data is used in daily life, navigating the online terrain of social media, and weighing technological innovation with personal privacy.

This ‘Hear Me Out’ Dialogue Session is free and will be held virtually on Wednesday, February 24 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. For more information, or to register for this free event, visit the ‘Hear Me Out’ Dialogue Series: Is My Data Private? event page.
