You are invited to Heathside Cottage, a nationally registered Historic Landmark, for a Backyard Concert with Dylan McKinstry. Dylan is a Minnesota raised multi-instrumentalist, composer, improviser and song-writer with a vibrant and energetic musicality. As a guitarist, his unique and highly athletic techniques have helped to redefine the parameters of the acoustic guitar. He has performed in an eclectic range of musical settings and has spanned many genres as a soloist, ensemble player, composer, and arranger. His stylized methods on the guitar have also influenced his mandolin playing, where he has developed a distinctive personal style.
