Your child can write, produce and record an original album this summer! Five special guests will help them take their lyric writing and music skills to the next level. During this lab, your child can:
- Write songs with local rappers
- Create beats with professional producers and instrumentalists
- Record in the Library’s new studio and build an album with their friends and neighbors.
- Receive a $100 Visa gift card upon completion of the program (must attend all five days)
The Labs Summer Skills Intensive: Music Album is a five-day series that runs from Monday, August 1, to Friday, August 5, from 12:00 to 4:00 pm each day. It is open to youth who have completed grades 5 through 12. Lunch will be provided every day. The sessions will be held at Carnegie Library – Allegheny, located at 1230 Federal Street.
