Caitlin E. Harper is an associate attorney with Julian Gray Associates and assists clients in their Medicaid planning needs including negotiating with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare and long term care facilities. Caitlin also provides counsel on a variety of Veterans benefits issues and in the area of general estate planning. Ms. Harper has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Rising Star.
