Visit the National Aviary for a marathon unlike any other! Whether it’s migrating across the state or across the ocean, birds are some of nature’s natural marathoners. Join the birds of the National Aviary for a day of migration marathon fun:
- Try the migration obstacle course
- Make your own trail mix to peck on while learning about what birds eat to stay healthy
- Migrate through the exhibits and get to know some of the Aviary’s marathon birds
- Exercise like the birds with a game of Flamingo Says
- Earn prizes and a mile toward your Kids of STEEL marathon goal!
Migration Marathon! will be held on Saturday, February 27, from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm at the National Aviary. All special event activities are included with admission.
