Eat and drink like a king for the release of Wigle’s latest whiskey – Summer Malt! This the first spirit in the Pennsylvania Malt Series. Aged for two years in small casks, Summer Malt is made with organic malted wheat and organic malted barley. It is outrageously smooth, rich, and sweet.
In celebration of wheat, Chef Rafael Vencio of “Kanto” kitchen will be selling wheat-based, doughy dumpling and pierogies. Members from the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival will bring plenty of merriment to the party so that you can truly eat and drink like a king.
Renaissance Pierogi Fest will be held on July 28 from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm at Wigle Barrelhouse and Whiskey Garden, located at 1055 Spring Garden Avenue. Ticket price includes two Summer Malt cocktails, a pour of Summer Malt, entertainment from Pittsburgh Renaissance Fair, and live music from Chase the Barons.
