You are invited to the first RP Day that will take place on Saturday, September 8 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm in Riverview Park. This is a free event to celebrate and generate awareness of Riverview Park, and continue its preservation and improvement.
During RP Day, activities will include guided hikes lead by the Western Pennsylvania Mushroom Club and Allegheny City Society, kids’ activities, live music, free food, and more! You can also watch the spills and thrills of a CycloCross race, the first ever off-road bike race in a city park.

RP Day is a collaboration of the Friends of Riverview Park, Northside Leadership Conference and the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy. Everyone is invited!
Can You Volunteer for RP Day?
Volunteers are needed to assist with the RP Day activities at Riverview Park. Volunteer positions include: vendor load-in coordinator, stage manager, information booth attendant, vendor load-out coordinator, and trash pickup. If you are willing to help, you can sign up to volunteer online.
