Northside Sandwich Week
Celebrating its fifth year as the Tastiest Event in Town, Northside Sandwich Week celebrates the best sandwiches at the best Northside restaurants and pubs! From Thursday, May 19 to Sunday, May 29, you can sample signature sandwiches at participating Northside restaurants all week long. Look around for the Sandwich Week banners to find the participating restaurants! And while you’re at it, vote for your Favorite Northside Sandwich Joint in-restaurant.
Northside Sandwich Week Sandwich Sampler Competition
The 5th annual Sandwich Sampler will be held on Thursday, May 19, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the Grand Hall of the Priory. Twelve to fifteen Northside restaurants will be vying to be crowned this year’s Northside Sandwich Week King or Queen. In addition to four celebrity judges, participants will vote for their favorite sandwich. A Beer garden with Northside breweries is being added this year. Event tickets include entry to the Sandwich Sampler event, as many sandwich samples as you can eat, and two full pour beers. Live entertainment will be provided by Johnny Angel’s All Star Jam Band and the Northside ROX Performers. A portion of proceeds benefits ROX Performance Academy, providing kids with free music lessons and instruments.
Le Tour de Sandwich
Following the success from last year, organizers are bringing back Le Tour de Sandwich! This guided bike tour is perfect for newbies or regular bikers who want to see where this year’s restaurants are and sample the fare of winners past. To purchase tickets, visit the Le Tour de Sandwich webpage.
