It might sound like the beginning of a bad joke, but Two Scientists Walk into a Bar is actually an awesome new program from Carnegie Science Center just for adults!
When Two Scientists Walk Into a Bar™, they’re ready to have a chat with anyone who wants to shoot the breeze over a couple of beverages. Have a seat at one of the participating Pittsburgh bars and ask the scientists your burning science questions! While each scientist will have different areas of expertise, they’re game to be challenged. Just look for the sign that reads: “We are scientists. Ask us anything!”
Two Scientists Walk into a Bar will be held on Friday, December 15 at several Northside locations:
- Bier’s Pub: 5:00 to 7:00 pm
- Southern Tier Brewing Co. – Pittsburgh: 5:00 to 7:00 pm
- Penn Brewery: 5:30 to 7:00 pm
- Rivers Casino Levels Bar: 6:00 to 8:00 pm
- Rivertowne North Shore: 6:00 to 8:00 pm
- The Park House: 6:00 to 8:00 pm
- Allegheny City Brewing: 6:30 to 8:30 pm
