Join Venture Outdoors for a paddle on the river, while you help clean up the waterways at the same time! Trip Leaders will start off with an overview, and then participants will divide into teams to clean up the river while kayaking. You can bring your own boat or use one of the Kayaks from Kayak Pittsburgh.
Paddle Without Pollution – Clean Up Paddle will be held on Saturday, July 14 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. There is no cost for this event, but a suggested donation of $10 is encouraged to cover the cost of the kayak rentals and clean-up supplies. Previous paddling experience is required for this outing. The level of difficulty for this event is Moderate.
