The Children’s Museum is hosting an event to help youth and teens explore, create, and share.
On Wednesday, November 19, your child can learn how to prepare butternut squash during the Youth Cook: Beautiful Butternut Workshop. Participants will practice slicing, steaming, roasting and sauteing squash. As part of the workshop, participants will prepare a roasted butternut squash salad.
The Youth Cook event will take place from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Parents are not required to attend. Participants must be at least 10 years old.
Tickets can be purchased at the front desk of the Children’s Museum until the start of the event or by calling 412-322-5058 ext 240. Space is limited, so make your reservation soon.
