21+ Night: Sci Fi – Explore Science Behind Science Fiction

Come to Carnegie Science Center for one of the most popular no-kids nights of the year! 21+ Night: Sci Fi is back to explore the science behind science fiction with hands-on activities and special shows.

Visitors will have the chance to snap a selfie with a Stormtrooper and other Star Wars character favorites. Sci-Fi fans can mingle with members of the Steel City Ghostbusters and take a picture in front of the Steel City Time Machine, a DeLorean made to look like the Back to the Future time machine. Participants learn about Mars exploration through the lens of Orson Wells’ War of the Worlds in the movie “Mars Madness.” You can join the search for Martian life, in fact and fiction. And so much more!

21+ Night features live music from local group GumBand, cash bars, snacks available for purchase, and the chance to experience four floors of hands-on exhibits – with no kids!  21+ Night: Sci Fi will be held on Friday, May 19 from 6:00 until 10:00 pm at Carnegie Science Center. For more information, or to purchase your ticket, visit the 21+ Night event page.
