Preschool Adventure at Carnegie Science Center: Messy Science

During Carnegie Science Center‘s Preschool Semester, children (ages 4–5) get ready for school and dig into important science topics. Each Preschool Semester includes five sessions.

Semester I – Messy Science: Are you ready to get messy with science? Roll up your sleeves and dive into slimy, sticky, bubbly, and gooey experiments. Compare the texture of slime and Oobleck, paint using the power of gravity, and watch explosive reactions come to life!

Semester I will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Tuesdays, October 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 at Carnegie Science Center. For more information, visit the Preschool Adventures Semesters event page. You can register your child by calling 412-237-3400.

Mark your calendar for Semester II – Big and Small that is scheduled for November 13, 20, 27, and December 4, 11. Have ‘tons’ of fun while you learn to measure everyday objects. Compare the weight of your favorite toys, measure your height in LEGO® bricks, and see how far a race car will go!
