Come to Carnegie Library – Allegheny to join members of the Three Rivers Alliance of Serious Homebrewers (TRASH) and Three Rivers Underground Brewers (TRUB) and help brew and bottle a batch of beer. During the first session, you will learn about the process, ingredients, and equipment, and find answers to your home-brewing questions. In November’s session, you will help move a batch of craft brew from the fermenter into bottles and learn about various options for the bottling or kegging process. The two sessions planned for the Craft Beer Brewing Workshop are:
- Part 1: Brewing Saturday, October 28 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm
- Part 2: Bottling Saturday, November 11 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm
