It’s that time of year again, and Calvary United Methodist Church is getting ready to begin rehearsals for its 7th Annual Messiah Concert! Weekly rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9:00 pm starting November 7 and continuing for four weeks until November 28. New voices and returning singers are welcome! The 7th Handel’s Messiah Sing Along Concert will be held on Saturday, December 2 at 4:00 pm at Calvary United Methodist Church, located at 971 Beech Avenue in Allegheny West. Those attending will bask in Handel’s inspiring Messiah while surrounded by candlelight and Calvary’s magnificent Tiffany stained-glass masterpieces. Tickets for the concert are on sale now.
