Free Youth Open Studio at Artists Image Resource

Youth Open Studio is a collaboration between The Andy Warhol Museum and Artists Image Resource (AIR), an artist-run printmaking facility. Teens learn the photographic silkscreen printing process, experiment with new art-making tools and techniques, and work on independent projects in a relaxed, creative environment.

The studio at AIR is open from 4:00 to 8:00 pm each Wednesday until May 30, 2018. The sessions are staffed by The Warhol’s artist educators.  There is no fee to visit, watch, or learn, but youth pay between $5–10 for each silkscreen needed for independent projects. Artists Image Resource is located at 518 Foreland Street in Historic Deutschtown. For more information, visit the Youth Open Studio event page.
