The Children’s Museum kicks off their 2015 Summer Books for Kids Book Drive on Friday, March 20 and you can help!
Gather new, or gently used, children’s picture books or storybooks for donation to the Children’s Museum. The books will be given to Allegheny County Department of Human Services to distribute during SummerFood 2015.
SummerFood 2015 is a free lunch program offered at approximately 90 sites throughout the county. The program benefits children living in neighborhoods whose students qualify for a free or reduced lunch.
Book donations can be dropped off in the Children’s Museum lobby from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm daily through May 31, 2015.
