21+ Night: Science of Beer

Have you ever wanted to enjoy Carnegie Science Center without having to compete with 8-year-olds to play the Air Hockeybot or launch a rocket into the air? If so, 21+ Night at Carnegie Science Center is the perfect night for you!

The next 21+ Night will explore the Science of Beer. Learn the chemistry behind this fermented concoction. Sample beers from local breweries including Church Brew Works, Block House Brewing Co., North Country Brewing Co., Spoonwood Brewing Co., and Straub Beer. Participate in beer-themed science demonstrations, watch presentations from local experts, and interact with all four floors of Science Center exhibits, while enjoying the music of local bluegrass band, Lonesome Lost and Foggy.

The 21+ Night: Science of Beer event will be held on Friday, August 5, from 6:00 until 10:00 pm.  Your ticket will include the beer sample tastings and a souvenir sampling glass. For more information, or to purchase your ticket, visit the 21+ Night: Science of Beer event page.
