Carnegie Library – Allegheny is offering a series of free Yoga classes. You can get help with building muscle strength, improving posture, increasing blood flow and boost immune systems.
Yoga Classes will be held on Wednesdays, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Yoga has been linked to various health benefits. It is known to lower blood pressure, build muscle strength, improve posture, increase blood flow and boost immune systems. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and get ready to reap the benefits of yoga. Registration is required for this event. You can register by calling 412-237-1890.
