Local x Global: Northside is a rare opportunity for you to taste what happens when Luke Cypher, head chef and owner of Blue Sparrow, is inspired by the Northside’s Deutschtown neighborhood. For one day only, the Blue Sparrow will feature an off-menu exclusive Northside-inspired sandwich: Kielbasa, house kraut, mustarda, and hot pepper cheese, pressed and seared in kimchi butter. Blue Sparrow’s new Greyhound Bus will be parked at Allegheny City Brewing so that they can pair this crazy menu item with some Northside neighborhood beer. 

Local x Global: Northside will be held on Saturday, June 1 from  2:00 to 7:00 pm at Allegheny City Brewing, located at 507 Foreland Street.
