Come to the Allegheny City Historic Gallery to hear it straight from the man who bought the homes in East Street Valley and Beaver Avenue for PennDOT. If you’re interested in learning more about the right-of-way industry, James Broadbent’s book “Right Of Way Man” gives an extremely personal look into the acquisition process. James shares stories of his years spent with the State Highway Department’s Right of Way unit, and details all of the weird, wild, and wonderful projects he has worked on throughout the years. Personally involved in projects totaling more than $40 million worth of taxpayer’s money, Broadbent has seen it all.
James Broadbent book signing of “Right Of Way Man” will be held on Saturday, April 2, starting at 3:00 pm, at Allegheny City Historic Gallery, located at 433 East Ohio Street in Historic Deutschtown. Books will be available at ACHG to buy during the event or in advance. For more information, visit the James Broadbent Book Signing event page.
