Cajun Cook-Off Competition at Allegheny City Brewing

As part of the Northside Mardi GrasAllegheny City Brewing is hosting a Cajun Cook-Off Competition! You are invited to bring your favorite Cajun dish: po’ boy, gumbo, beignets, jambalaya, or your own special Cajun creation. Like ACB’s past cook-offs, everyone who attends has an opportunity to taste the dishes and cast a vote for their favorite. 

The Cajun Cook-Off Competition will be held on Sunday, February 23 from 1:30 until 3:30 pm at Allegheny City Brewing, located at 507 Foreland Street in Historic Deutschtown. If you are bringing a Cajun dish, you are asked to set up by 1:30 pm. Prize for the winner(s) will be announced at 3:30 pm. No entry fee to participate.
