Casellula: An Introduction to Artisan Cheeses

School is in Session at Casellula @ Alphabet City

Casellula @ Alphabet City is offering cheese classes hosted by Casellula owner and resident cheese expert, Brian Keyser. What better way to spend an evening than learning – by way of tasting – about cheese production, history, styles, and flavors? Each class will offer a tasting of different cheeses, paired with adult beverages. Classes will be held in the “cheese cave” on the lower level of Casellula. For more information on the classes being offered, including how to register, visit Casellula @ Alphabet City’s event page.
