City Books, Northside’s first indie book store, has opened its doors and it’s time to celebrate! City Books will be holding their Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, March 19, from 12:00 to 5:00 pm. During the event, you can browse the shelves, sign up for the City Books’ newsletter, and enter for a chance to see Garrison Keillor on May 15, 2016 at the Hillman Center for the Performing Arts.
City Books is located at 908 Galveston Avenue in neighboring Allegheny West. They are open from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Tuesday through Friday, and from 12:00 to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
