Department of City Planning Hosts Panel on Public Engagement

Join the Pittsburgh Department of City Planning for light dinner and a panel discussion as they seek to identify new and improved forms of public engagement to meet Pittsburgh’s goals of equity, diversity and involvement throughout the Comprehensive Planning process. A panel will feature experts from around the country, and will be followed by table discussions and a question and answer session.

Pittsburgh is planning for its future on many fronts to ensure that the people who live, work, and learn here are engaged in shaping the future of the City. A key component of this work is public engagement. Your input is encouraged.

The Pittsburgh Department of City Planning’s Panel on Public Engagement is free and will be held on Thursday, September 13 from 6:30 to 9:00 pm at the Children’s Museum. For more information, or to RSVP, visit the Panel on Public Engagement event page.
