Upcoming Development Activities Meeting

In collaboration with City Planning, ACCA is hosting a VIRTUAL Development Activities Meeting (DAM) on Tuesday, April 28 at 7:00 pm.

The owners of 111 Carrington Street have applied for a Certificate of Appropriateness in the Mexican War Streets Expansion Historic District. A presentation describing the project will be given by the applicants followed by a question-and-answer session. All are welcome to attend.

  • Applicants:
    Todd Meyer and Luke Meyer
  • Project:
Replacement of rear frame addition and general rehabilitation of the original 3-story brick dwelling.

As a Registered Community Organization (RCO), ACCA hosts DAMs with City Planning to provide an opportunity for the community to hear about project proposals from applicants and ask questions. More information can be found on the City of Pittsburgh’s Registered Community Organization webpage.
