Come to the Children’s Museum on Sunday, June 28 to kick off summer! Enjoy free Museum admission all day long, plus a day full of fun inside the Museum and in Buhl Community Park.
While at the Museum, visit their newest exhibit Very Eric Carle, explore the art of illustration, and chalk up the endless indoor sidewalk. See performances by the premier youth steelband: Soundwaves Steelband. Get down to your favorite tunes at the Kid City Rockers Dance Party with DJ KellyMom. And check out a musical performance by youth performers Sunburst Rocks. For outdoor fun, explore Eric Carle’s innovative techniques for making large scale murals, ride a “bikerator” equipped with water cannons, and run through the sprinklers of the permanent misting art installation, Cloud Arbor in Buhl Community Park. All this and more for free at the Children’s Museum!
Kick Off to Summer Free Day will be held on Sunday, June 28, from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm at the Children’s Museum.
