Enjoy a free evening of jazz with the Stephan Crump Rosetta Trio! Best known for his dynamic founding role in the Grammy-nominated Vijay Iyer Trio, Memphis-bred, Brooklynite bassist/composer Stephan Crump leads his own uniquely colorful all-string Stephan Crump Rosetta Trio. The group features guitarists Liberty Ellman and Jamie Fox. Stephan Crump’s Rosetta Trio has developed into a formidable unit, sensitively and powerfully rendering Crump’s often profound, sometimes playful, and always honest music.
