Kids Without Borders Celebrate Youth and Supporting Families

City of Asylum @ Alphabet City, located at 40 West North Avenue, is the permanent home for City of Asylum programming and the arts. It promises to be a hub for Pittsburgh’s readers and writers, jazz and small-scale music and performance, and artistic experimentation. It is a home for diverse voices from around the globe – a place where Pittsburgh meets the world and the world meets Pittsburgh. And it is also a home for many partnering artists and organizations in our own community. To view all of the events that are scheduled, visit the City of Asylum @ Alphabet City website.

Kids Without Borders
Sunday, January 29 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
City of Asylum is celebrating youth and supporting families with a day-long event at Alphabet City. Kids and teens will have fun activities to connect them to one another and celebrate their diverse strengths and interests – from face painting to storytelling to dance. Adults will find resources to navigate today’s challenges including sessions to counter bullying, counseling support, and legal guidance. All are welcome. This event is open and free to the public.
