If you’re loco for locomotives, come to Locomotion Weekend at the Carnegie Science Center featuring a rail yard full of guest train displays by local hobbyists. Bring your own model trains for a free checkup at the “Loco Doctor” table, which includes basic repairs, cleaning and oiling. Engineers of all ages will love the operating train layouts and special hands-on activities.
Lionel Days
Locomotion Weekend is part of Lionel Days and will be held on Saturday, December 13 and Sunday, December 14 during regular museum hours. This event is free with admission to the Carnegie Science Center.
