Making Sense of the Galaxy Menagerie at Allegheny Observatory

Visit the Allegheny Observatory on Friday, May 20, at 7:30 pm to hear the lecture, “Making Sense of the Galaxy Menagerie.” This lecture will be given by Peter Freeman, from the Department of Statistics at Carnegie Mellon University.

This event is part of the 2016 Public Lecture Series that is offered at the Allegheny Observatory every third Friday of the month. The night starts at 7:00 pm with light refreshments. The lecture begins at 7:30 pm and lasts approximately one hour. After the lecture, there will be a tour of the building. Reservations are required for this event.
