The Mattress Factory’s Mini-Factory is a free interactive learning program designed specifically for children ages 3 to 5 years old with their parents and/or caregivers. The program uses contemporary installation art as the basis for enabling parents and children to explore big ideas.
Young children will discover a variety of themes and installations at the Mattress Factory, participate in story-time related to the theme, and work on a collaborative project in the Mini-Factory. Mini-Factory is a mobile, adaptable pop-up space that children can help to build and then use to explore new ideas and concepts. Young artists will participate in projects that promote making and sharing.
